A two hundred-dollar ($200) Non-refundable deposit reserves your spot on a litter list. 2. When your pup is two weeks of age a 50% payment is to be made. • From this point on if we cannot provide you with the pup, we will put you on another list for pups. Or the deposit can be used within one year of that deposit check date if you don’t want one sooner. • If you change your mind, No refund, No putting it towards another litter. Non-transferable.(That is if you change your mind) If I cannot provide a pup Yes it can be put towards another litter, as mentioned above. 3. If the 50% payment is not made by time the pup is 3 weeks old we take that as you are not interested and you are removed from our list. Checks till this point are exceptable. Made out to Brenda LaRoche. 4. If using a personal check, bank check or money order as a final payment it must be received (2) two weeks prior to pick-up date, if mailing it Please follow up with a phone call to make sure it was received. 5. IF making FINAL PAYMENT at time of pick-up it must be in the form of CASH. DO NOT bring a personal check on pick up day. It will not be accepted. This will cause your name to be moved to the end of a litter list. All deposits & payments received will be deducted from the price of the dog. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Pickup Schedule 1. Integrity farm always has the first right to keep any pups in a litter because we breed for replacement of our breeding and show dogs. 2. At the time the buyer makes a deposit: Your choice of puppy will be placed in a number order on a first come first serve basis. Example 1st deposit = 1st pick male/female, 2nd deposit = 2nd pick male/female etc., but the number order will change if Integrity farm keeps first pick pup. Example 1st deposit becomes 2nd pick male/female. 2nd deposit becomes 3rd pick male/female etc. 3. When the puppies are born Integrity farm will have a time frame on the dates the puppies are able to leave to their new owners. Integrity farms needs to maintain a strict time schedule for pick-ups. Keep in mind we could have up to 12 new owners to schedule pickup time for one weekend. When a time has been agreed on (and must fall within the time frame) PLEASE be on time, do not cancel or just not show up, this will affect others before or after you. If you choose not to show up for your schedule time then your number order will be forfeited. 4. You must pick up your pup on the assigned day. Keep in mind if for any reason you cannot a ten-dollar ($10.00) per day cost will incur for up to 5 days. Then it is increased to $20.00 a day.
